Charles has experience spanning over 3 decades in the development of an appropriate Capacity Development strategy for organizations.

He worked in various capacities within the Banking and Financial Services industry and on the Human Resource and Training functions. Charles is a well-known programme facilitator/trainer and capacity development strategist. He retired as the Director, Training and Conference Planning, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria in 2008.

At the CIPMN where he was in charge of training consultancy for various organizations for over 8 years, his experience at developing employees covered all sectors of the economy; namely Banking/Finance, Insurance, Oil and Gas, Telecommunication, Manufacturing and General Services.
For many years, his directorate was also responsible for events such as the HR forum, the Annual Public Lecture and the Annual Conference (the annual congregation of Human Resource professionals in Nigeria).

Called from retirement in 2009, for two years (2010 and 2011) he was the Director, Capacity Building, Nigerian Institute of Management, (NIM) where he was responsible for the design and evaluation of the Institute’s yearly local Learning and Development/Consulting programmes. In addition, he was in charge of designing, marketing and coordinating the Institute’s overseas top executive leadership programmes organized in collaboration with top class Business Schools in the UK, USA, Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Mr Oladimeji has attended several management training programmes within and outside Nigeria.

Besides being a specialist trainer and consultant in General Management principles and practice, his areas of competencies in HR Management include: Strategy, Leadership, Recruitment/Selection/Placement, Reward/Performance Management Systems and Training and Development.

ARINOLA DAVIDHuman Resource Management

Arinola is an accomplished human resource management professional with over 15 years' work experience gained across various industries including consulting, telecoms and oil & gas. She started out her professional career as business manager for a fast growing dental practice and later worked for a leading telecommunications multinational where she functioned in various capacities including Organization Development Manager. She had a brief stint working with a prominent sales consulting outfit and is presently the head of human resources for an Independent oil and gas company.

Arinola hosts a quarterly professionals’ programme tagged ‘Distinguished’. She is an active member of several volunteer groups, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Forum and the National Mirror (ISO) Committee on HR standards. She holds a B.sc Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, a SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification and a Global Professional (GPHR) Certification from the HRCI Institute, U.S.A. She has attended several management courses and workshops locally and internationally. Her hobbies include meeting and interacting with people, singing and swimming.

TAYO OPATAYOGlobal Professional in Human Resources

Tayo is a senior Human Resources professional with almost a decade experience across Management Consulting, Banking, Telecoms, Marine Services, Healthcare and Oil & Gas

He worked with Workforce Management Centre as a junior consultant involved in execution of several projects for public and private sector clients. He is a Competency Management expert, haven designed and executed for numerous clients Competency Architecture & Models, while integrating them to various HR functions to enable effective strategic HR Management.

In prior roles as Head of Human Resources in JNC International, he was able to design and implement Frameworks for the organization’s Recognition Program and Performance Management System. As Manager, HR Business Partnering in Ocean Marine Securities Ltd, he established the HR Business Partnering unit and led the unit for about a year. He also had a brief stint in MTN Nigeria as an HR Advisor and was part of the Talent Management team of UBA Plc.

Tayo is a Career Coach and Trainer. His professional credentials include acclaimed international certifications such as Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Certified Human Resources Analytics & Metrics Professional (CHAMP), Certified Competency Mapping Manager (CCMP), Human Resources Management Professional, (HRMP), Human Resources Business Professional (HRBP). He has a Bachelor’s degree in Communication & Language Arts from University of Ibadan.

DR. RICHARD MAYUNGBEHuman Resources Management

Dr. Mayungbe Richard holds a PhD (Finance) an MBA (Finance) and he is an Associate of the Institute of Credit Management (UK). He is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria as a Financial/Investment Adviser.

Richard had held top positions in commerce and industry in Nigeria, and until February 2009, he was the Chief Executive of TSI Ltd, an investment banking firm which he nurtured to become one of the top ten private investment outfits in Lagos.

He currently lectures Advanced Accounting & Financial Control at Lincoln University, California in conjunction with SKB Executive Business School, Lagos. He is also a faculty resource person at the Institute of Planning, Nigeria, where he handles all courses and training on finance. He had successfully presented papers on

• Financial Planning and Control
• Budgeting and Budgetary Control
• Planning and Operating a Credit Control Department

Richard is also a resource person at the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ikeja District Society, Lagos, Nigeria and he handles mostly credit management courses. He had presented papers on:-

• Overview of Credit Risk and Recovery
• Effective Debt Recovery Techniques
• Financial Planning

He is also on the list of resource persons at New Way Consulting, Lagos and Crown Craft Consulting Associates where he handles all finance – related courses and in-house training. Richard is consulted by lawyers to offer expert opinion on financial cases in Nigerian High Courts.

Dr. Richard is a member of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Capital Market Committee on New Products and Processes. This is a committee of financial and capital market experts that advises the Securities and Exchanges Commission. Richard speaks English and German as well as the three major Nigerian languages.

Opeyemi David currently works with the Operations Unit at DueCapitals, a training arm of Edge and Bulge Limited. He had a brief stint working with a prominent I.T outfit by name Websoft Limited and has worked with Several Organizations amongst which are Skyebank Limited, Rebecca Charles Institute where he has managed several roles from Strategy to Business Development and Marketing.

He is exposed to several Management Programs which includes Good Governance in Public Sector Administration, Ghana, Security Sector and Programs Management, UAE, Dubai, Key Account and Client Management, London amongst others with close to 10 years work experience.

Opeyemi speaks in conferences and meetings for Corporate Organisations, Institutions, NGOs and Religious gatherings . He is the Convener of the quarterly meeting “Têtê-à-Têtê”, a gathering that seeks to bring to man’s consciousness the importance of constant evaluation and re-evaluation of one’s self, one’s life and one’s speed and every contributing factor to whether an individual’s life is fulfilled or not. His hobbies include meeting people and swimming and is fondly called "Expressive" due to his passionate manner of delivering his speeches.
