Charles has experience spanning over 3 decades in the development of an appropriate Capacity Development strategy for organizations.
He worked in various capacities within the Banking and Financial Services industry and on the Human Resource and Training functions. Charles is a well-known programme facilitator/trainer and capacity development strategist. He retired as the Director, Training and Conference Planning, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria in 2008.
At the CIPMN where he was in charge of training consultancy for various organizations for over 8 years, his experience at developing employees covered all sectors of the economy; namely Banking/Finance, Insurance, Oil and Gas, Telecommunication, Manufacturing and General Services.
For many years, his directorate was also responsible for events such as the HR forum, the Annual Public Lecture and the Annual Conference (the annual congregation of Human Resource professionals in Nigeria).
Called from retirement in 2009, for two years (2010 and 2011) he was the Director, Capacity Building, Nigerian Institute of Management, (NIM) where he was responsible for the design and evaluation of the Institute’s yearly local Learning and Development/Consulting programmes. In addition, he was in charge of designing, marketing and coordinating the Institute’s overseas top executive leadership programmes organized in collaboration with top class Business Schools in the UK, USA, Middle East, Asia and Africa.
Mr Oladimeji has attended several management training programmes within and outside Nigeria.
Besides being a specialist trainer and consultant in General Management principles and practice, his areas of competencies in HR Management include: Strategy, Leadership, Recruitment/Selection/Placement, Reward/Performance Management Systems and Training and Development.

Arinola is an accomplished human resource management professional with over 15 years' work experience gained across various industries including consulting, telecoms and oil & gas. She started out her professional career as business manager for a fast growing dental practice and later worked for a leading telecommunications multinational where she functioned in various capacities including Organization Development Manager. She had a brief stint working with a prominent sales consulting outfit and is presently the head of human resources for an Independent oil and gas company.
Arinola hosts a quarterly professionals’ programme tagged ‘Distinguished’. She is an active member of several volunteer groups, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Forum and the National Mirror (ISO) Committee on HR standards. She holds a B.sc Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, a SHRM Senior Certified Professional Certification and a Global Professional (GPHR) Certification from the HRCI Institute, U.S.A. Dr. Mayungbe Richard holds a PhD (Finance) an MBA (Finance) and he is an Associate of the Institute of Credit Management (UK). He is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Nigeria as a Financial/Investment Adviser.
Richard had held top positions in commerce and industry in Nigeria, and until February 2009, he was the Chief Executive of TSI Ltd, an investment banking firm which he nurtured to become one of the top ten private investment outfits in Lagos.
He currently lectures Advanced Accounting & Financial Control at Lincoln University, California in conjunction with SKB Executive Business School, Lagos.
